And if you cannot make your life as you want it,  at least try this  as much as you can: do not disgrace it  in the crowding contact with the world,  in the many movements and all the talk.	Y si no puedes hacer que tu vida sea como la quieres,  al menos intenta esto  tanto como puedas: no la deshonres  en el contacto apiñado con el mundo,  en los muchos movimientos y la charla.
Do not disgrace it by taking it,  dragging it around often and exposing it  to the daily folly  of relationships and associations,  till it becomes like an alien burdensome life.	No la deshonres tomándola,  arrastrándola por doquier a menudo y exponiéndola  a la tontería cotidiana  de las relaciones y asociaciones,  hasta que se convierta en una vida pesada y extraña.
